RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the delivery of the order.

• Returns will be accepted as long as the product is unused.

• The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was received or in a similar one.

• The management of the return will be carried out within a period of 15 business days, counted from the receipt of the return.

If your products arrive at their destination and do not have the appropriate number or you find a defect, you have 15 days to exchange them as long as they do not show signs of use. Please contact us to take note of the exchange or return, and indicate the steps to follow.
